Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests may be accepted up to the cutoff defined for each event. After the cutoff, cancellation may not be available.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is cancelled by organizer or venue, eligible bookings will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days. Settlement timing can vary by bank or payment gateway.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Convenience fees, gateway charges, or taxes may be non-refundable unless legally required. No-show cases are usually non-refundable.

5. Return Policy

As this platform provides digital ticketing services, physical returns are not applicable.
